-1 NJ Wedding Planner with up to 8 hours of coverage - Unlimited communication on services via phone and e-mail -Vendor recommendations, scheduling, and communication for vendors - 2 in person meetings -Timeline creation -Coordinate deliveries and arrivals of all vendors - Before the wedding reach out to all vendors for confirmation - Point of contact for all day of wedding questions for vendors and family - Set up and arrange all personal items and décor according to floor plan -Coordinate with transportation vendor on departures and arrivals -Review final set up before guests start to arrive -Distribute all flowers to remaining bridal party and family members -Guide wedding party down the aisle and through the ceremony - Gather family and bridal party for photos after the ceremony -Cue wedding party for introductions into cocktail hour/reception - Prevent and fix any problems that may arise during the event - Remain easily accessible through the entire event - Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors
